1. Assessments and Progressions

• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the examinations systems, including policies, procedures, rules and regulations laid down by school.
• Ensure all examination papers and stationery are adequately stocked and inventory maintained, being responsible for their strict security for storing, recording and dispatching before and after examinations.
• Ensure for online assessments and examinations, required test links and other submission link points are set-up.
• Ensure all necessary stationery and materials, and other requirements are provided for examinations.
• Organise appropriate arrangements for the support of students with special examination requirements (e.g. dyslexia, disabled) in conjunction with the Director of Academic Services.
• Receive and process student’s applications for exam clashes, ensuring approval from the University or relevant body for alternative arrangement is received.

JOB DESCRIPTION

gTech Ads is responsible for support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services, enabling better self help and in-product support, providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs, and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers.

As Director, you will make customer experience a differentiator for Google Ads, leading team of technical experts and sales engagement leads across APAC supporting our Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization. You will be accountable for managing our relationship with APAC LCS leadership and representing gTech Ads services. You will own the delivery of technical solutions for our customers. You will work closely with gTech Ads hubs and regional teams to ensure priorities are shared, ensuring global consistency of operations.

In this role, you will establish an agile engagement team that ensures an effective two-way communication between our customers and gTech Ads, providing visibility on various service requests and progress, and incorporate customers feedback in our operations in a structured manner. You will develop teams that have the consultative and technical skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver technical and measurable solutions. You will help Sales Managers drive their teams to deliver on goals, and take initiative to partner with clients to exceed business growth across markets and verticals.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of deep technical experts that help our customers achieve their objective through developing complex technical and measurement solutions involving custom engineering, data science, and ads ecosystem knowledge.
• Partner with the sales leadership and go-to-market (GTM) team to define focus around customer interventions and goals. Deliver on product adoption goals, provide opportunities that enable business pipelines for the LCS team and provide customer satisfaction.
• Land existing and new services/service constructs. Drive services and support constructs in partnership with GTM.
• Nurture a culture of problem solving and thought partnership, leading to development and growth of the team.
• Represent the services of gTech Ads. Deliver tech solutions to advertisers. Account for seller satisfaction with services in partnership with gTech Leadership. Review solutions that can scale and automate for proposal to the Ads Solutions Hub.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of people management experience, leading global teams.
• 10 years of digital marketing experience with advertisers, agencies, or Ad tech companies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
• Ability to deliver quantifiable results in a matrix structure.
