The primary goals for the Sales and Strategic Accounts Director are to hunt and generate new business for eBaoTech’s InsureMo platform and drive growth of key strategic accounts in SEA and India. Must be able to achieve revenue targets, prospect, manage full sales cycle, build relationships and close sales. Position also provides internal advice to support overall growth strategy for driving eBaoTech InsureMo cloud business activities in assigned region.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
· Proactive development of new business in mentioned geographies
· Lead and personally undertake Sales activities from initial contact until sale closure. This will include contacting prospects face-to-face as well as via telephone and electronically.
· Build and maintain relationships with key prospects, decision makers, alliance partners and industry experts.
· Prepare detailed quotations and proposals that fully meet client expectations, as well as minimize risk. Follow eBaoTech procedures for quotation review and accept responsibility for the scope, accuracy and winning of these proposals.
· Achieve target sales, quotas on consistent basis
· Own Revenue growth targets of key accounts by working closely with relevant stakeholders in mentioned geographies
· Clearly articulate the overall value proposition and specifically the features and benefits of InsureMo
· Maintain a solid knowledge of eBaoTech’s underlying technology, the range of existing products and consulting services.
· Represent eBaoTech at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings and other avenues to initiate sales eBaoTech products
· Take a leadership role in developing and executing a sales strategy for mentioned geographies
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
· Work with Marketing and to develop new opportunities and lead generation events.
· Analyze competitor products and activities and provide feedback into marketing strategies and product development.
· Network with industry leaders, alliance partners, industry vendors and competitors, and participate in industry forums
· Ensure deal visibility and accountability at key points in the sales cycle.
· Assists in providing training to lower level Sales staff
· May eventually include managing or leading a growing sales team
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
· Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 3 years cloud middle office, PaaS and/or SaaS sales experience
· Minimum 4 years of experience with network in Fintech, Payments, or ecommerce industry to help grow InsureMO’s channel business
· Extensive experience and knowledge of the Insurance industry preferred
· Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
· Successful track record in selling complex technology solutions.
· Ability to prospect in the region to find new client opportunities
· Thorough understanding of the cloud product sales cycle and show a methodical approach to moving opportunities through this cycle
· Ability to analyze market trends and business data to identify new market potential.
· A proven, highly successful record of selling complex business applications to senior executives and other stakeholders in large, multi-level organizations including alliance partners.
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Good English communication skills. Hindi is a plus
Preferred Skills/ Experience:
· Extensive sales experience and knowledge of the Insurance industry.
· eBaoTech knowledge and/or knowledge of eBaoTech competitors
· Relevant software industry experience in cloud systems, enterprise or infrastructure management
· MBA or other graduate or professional degree
