Your Role

An Application Support Engineer is an IT professional who provides technical support regarding a spectrum of software used within a specific business sector. Application Support Engineers are responsible for database management, while others put more emphasis on the programming end of an application.

What Will You Do

• Support Business Manager, Team Lead and sales team in various activities to ensure timely delivery/closure on business critical issues according to customer expectation.
• Level 1 and 2 support on software functionality and IT related issue
• Writing of Software/business Requirements Specifications/ Cases/user manual, test cases and test plan documents
• Perform SIT/QA/UAT testing
• Setup/create test data for users to do UAT
• Service request fulfilment
• Create and maintain support tickets
• Handle application query, issue and service request
• Support with system testing and deployment
• Assist with the goal of meeting performance and usage requirements
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, bug fixes and provide solutions
• Monitor the systems to ensure availability to users in a secure and controlled manner
• Conduct system backups, optimization, initiation of recovery procedures

What Do We Want

• Diploma in Computing, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Equivalent
• At least 2 years software support application
• Ability to write Software/business Requirements Specifications
• Ability to write Use Cases/user manual, test cases and test plan documents
• Ability to investigate issues reported, reproduce issue and determine cause

Responsibilities

• Understand client’s request and demand
• Design, test and develop localization and customization ERP/ Cloud solution along with the team.
• Establish and oversee development assets and timelines, such as setting up the system as well as integration assessment.
• Perform review and testing of integration on deliverables before handing them to the users for UAT.
• Investigate all noted errors and carry out amendments and testing to ensure that the system functions properly and effectively.
• Fix and solve technical issues during project delivery.
• Create documents for design, technical requirements, process documentation, system installation documents, ERP integration systems and so on.
• Provide technical pre-sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 years of system implementation experience with business applications and cloud-based services
• Knowledge of ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision) will be an added advantage.

Why Accounts Receivable Analyst?

. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will assist the Accounts Receivable Specialist in taking ownership of invoicing customers, processing payments, and reconciling customer accounts.

• Collaborate with IT Department on IT General Control (ITGC) Assessment.
• Collaborate with internal or external parties on process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in external/ internal audit.
• Strong working knowledge of SFRS, US GAAP, SOX Compliance.
• Experience in using Navision or any other ERP system will be an added advantage.

Position Duties
