• Manage and liaise with 3PL on all logistics arrangement, incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery
• Handle monthly stock balance reconciliation and monitor/coordinate inventory transactions
• Maintain shipping records (provide tracking or shipping history information to customer)
• Ensure all shipping documentation and authorities approvals
• Generate reports for internal management team
• Other duties assigned
