Primary Function : To provide general sales support services in meeting all deadlines and undertaking all administrative work of the department with professionalism.

Main duties and responsibilities:

1. To handle inquiries and ensure quotations are furnished to customers on time.
2. Processing of orders within the dateline and consolidate customer’s requirements ensuring on time delivery.
3. Liaise with customers for delivery timings and locations.
4. Filing of invoices and other related documents.
5. Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum: GCE O Level
• Basic Microsoft application especially Excel & Word
• Able to converse effectively both in English & Mandarin.
• Friendly & courteous disposition with a team player spirit.
• Ability and patience to handle high pressure environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore Customs permits will be an advantage but not a necessity as training will be provided.
• Once or twice a month weekend shift (Sat & Sun) from 9am to 1pm and also on public holidays when applicable (also on rotation).
• Preferably with a declarant license.

Responsibilities:

-Perform daily Customer Service support via email, ticketing, phone calls.

-Work with CCN’s partners e.g. OCR, to improve accuracy and efficiency in the process.

-Manage existing, new and potential customers on any demo, trial and implementation of TradeNet services, including any enhancements needed to the TradeNet application.

-Supervise, guide and train on CCNhub, Cube, and other services, to both internal team and external customers.

-Assist in helpdesk support for CCN suite of products and services, may require some Onsite support.

-May require working after office hours and on weekends for urgent issues(additional allowance will apply)

Requirements :

• Possess a diploma or equivalent
• About 1-2 years working experience in a customer support environment
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Be PC literate
• Knowledge of or experience in the Logistics or Air Cargo industry will be an added advantage.

The role will be reporting to the Business Manager as a key member of the Sales Team in QT Instruments. This is a customer facing role supporting Sales, Operations, and Product Management who will be responsible for the execution of orders with the primary focus on building a strong relationship and providing superior customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and is able to work under general direction using discretion to complete tasks, frequently solves problems through research of multiple alternatives, builds stable working relationships with internal and external contacts, and impacts the immediate workgroup through accuracy of tasks and information provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare sales quotations and update information to the company’s Sales CRM system
2. Manage Key Account Customers’ daily blanket orders and contracts including coordinating deliveries.
3. Ensure orders renewal and continuity together with the sales and marketing team.
4. Building and maintaining client relationships: Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions.
5. Meeting sales targets: Work to meet or exceed team sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
6. Reporting and sales tracking: Effectively make use of “Salesforce” (CRM software) to keep detailed records of selling activities, maintain an updated customer database, and report on sales performance to management in timely fashion.
7. Assist in the preparation and submission of sales tenders.
8. Any other duties assigned by Senior Management team.

Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support to users.
• Advise users and stakeholders on applications' workflows, processes, functionalities and usage.
• Liaise with internal and/or external stakeholders to identify system requirements.
• Support user requirements gathering and analysis.
• Log, escalate and follow through with issues and requests raised by users.
• Support in the testing and installation of new application and enhancement patches.
• Conduct training for users on the use of the applications.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on the applications.
• Support users on change control and system updates.
• Maintain and clean up the User Access Matrix.

Qualication and Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the related field is required for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Submission and Data Management

• Checking of submission documents based on regulatory and internal guidelines to assess the status of submission & perform the necessary follow-up
• Packing submission for dispatch and packing internal documents
• Perform timely data entry on sales submissions and maintenance of client and policy data
• Checking of data entry to ensure accuracy
• Meeting of KPIs – accuracy, quality output and service levels
• Manage enquiries through common mailbox, internal and external stakeholders promptly

2. AML Screening

• Collate Due Diligence information and disposition the name screening alerts with rationale to support accordingly to the AML guidelines and policies.
• Document the disposition clearly and timely with supporting evidence using a risk-based approach.
• Perform the name screening duties and escalate true screening matches to AML function for further review.
• Reach out to respective business units to obtain additional identifiers / clarifications and support documents to conclude screening alerts.

3. General Administration

• Arrange for retention at the offsite storage and maintain proper records of the endorsed batch list and courier services consignment notes
• Inventory management of forms, brochures, and documents
• Send broadcast/announcement to all relevant stakeholders

4. Systems & Others

• Work on enhancement for inhouse system and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes implemented and issue logs raised
• Update Operation Manual on a timely basis
• Review and streamline workflows where applicable
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for processing functions with interdependencies
• Identify interdependencies when analyzing issues and proactive to propose resolution
• Assist the HOD/Team Lead and perform adhoc tasks and projects as and when assigned

Purpose of the job:

Develop ways to extend the product life cycle and develop growth opportunities and share best practices to drive cost performance and efficiencies

Key accountabilities:

• Support/leads the Projects/Programs Engineering team to ensure that the correct technical governance is being applied (e.g. suitable design and expert input, defining and enforcing architecture/métier standards, methodologies, processes, tools and solution frameworks against which programs and projects can deliver) – focusing inwardly on the internal consistency; and outwardly on its coherence with other solutions/métiers and standards.
• Review the technical input and subject matter expertise of the proposed design, covering areas such as the definition of requirements compliance, functional fit, technological capability, cost, and delivery capability
• Assess the feasibility of the proposed solution (performance, delivery model and organizational fit), and propose mitigation plans

• Chair/support user groups and global community calls to identify multi-project synergies, resolve issues and spread best practice
• To provide engineering leadership and governance for services projects, where the necessary competence and experience is not available.

Educational Requirements:

University degree in Railway Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
