Value Added Services (VAS) Sales Operations team is fundamental in driving sales effectiveness through strategic planning, sales process improvement, insights through data to support the business and stakeholders in decision making. The Sales Operations Manager will be a collaborative and detail-oriented team player within a variety of functional areas, including Sales, Product, Finance, Merchant Acquiring to name a few. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of sales support experience in a high-tech, software development, or SaaS delivery environment.

• Recommend efficient workflows within the MS Dynamics environment as it relates to supporting the APAC Sales Team.

• Provide adhoc support to sales teams on Service Level Agreement drafting, RFP Responses, Audits and Novation Agreements

• Manage Customer Requests:

  First point of contact for customers regarding Sales Support requests:

• • Handle information, documentation, questionnaires, enter CRM cases regulatory/quality requests and follow up including reminders.
  • Handle incoming communication (telephone calls, mails, requests, …), forward messages to the right people according to priorities, secure follow-up and check deadlines.
  • Interact with internal functions at local and HQ level to ensure required support.

Main duties

As our next Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Handle priority support tickets from customers who qualify for premium support.

Business Support Manager – Private Wealth and Institutional Business

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the team function from multiple levels, covering client onboarding, client service, and team operation.
• To qualify inbounding leads from multiple channels with a set of discovery questions including lead qualification, so to better allocate best sales resources. It can involve simple platform and product introduction when needed.
• To support sales directors on onboarding corporate structure clients, through document internal alignment with internal stakeholders for needed documents and proofs and additionally document certification.

While the day to day duties vary slightly based on the situation, the AV technician is responsible for supporting cross office events and web conferencing meetings.

What you’ll do:

• Run the technical production of cross-company events of varying complexity, size, and locations in collaboration with our established AV partners

To be responsible for Boutique’s overall day to day operations.
