Summary

The People Planning Operations (PPO) team supports and drives execution of the workforce management strategies and operations for Apple Retail stores globally. Our team collaborates with partners across Apple to execute Retail programs, enabling teams and customers to receive a world class experience! We are looking for a Process Analyst to partner with retail leadership teams across multiple locations to plan a scheduling strategy that positively impacts our employees and customers! You will be responsible for crafting store scheduling strategies that incorporate local needs through your relationship with store leadership teams and your knowledge of GRS resource planning strategies. You will provide the schedule plans to a team of Operations Analysts to build effective schedules, through consistent and dynamic resource planning.

Description

• Partner with Store Leaders to align on scheduled hours allocation, traffic analysis, and store goals to drive and deliver a high-quality plan.
• Motivate and engage store leadership behind resource planning strategies and changes through strong relationships and ability to influence.
• Integrate store specific plans with resource planning strategies to plan timely, consistent, fair, and flexible schedules to support the employee and customer experience.
• Drive timeliness, accuracy, and consistency with resource planning strategies across several locations.
• Partner with Store Leaders to advise on how current payroll, local payroll laws, time away, availability, and hiring trends impact scheduling performance and identify solutions.
• Analyzing data related to workforce management to provide recommendations to store leadership and Store Operations Field Leaders to improve resourcing trends and scheduling opportunities.
• Partnering with Operations Analysts to review completed schedules for alignment with store specific plan and current resource planning strategies.
• Maintain subject matter expertise and proficiency of the current scheduling system.
• Attend and participate in Global Retail Support (GRS) communication regarding system enhancements, scheduling updates and training.
• Accountable to compliance adherence to scheduling rules, store policies and procedures across markets and countries where applicable.

Level 1 Support Engineers

• Assisting the Customer in the verification, isolation and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged.
• Resolving the incident/problem onsite.
• Escalating unsolvable problems and service requests to the System and/or Software Engineer and reporting the escalation to the Project Manager.
• Generating the relevant administrative records and reports.
• Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing environments.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• Answering technical queries
• Maintaining the configuration of the system.
• To implement Service Request and Change Request

Requirement:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/IT or equivalent
• Preferable to know Cloud system
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation
• Able to work shift including weekends and public holiday
• 12 hr shift (shift pattern to be determine)

As a Senior / Systems Analyst , IT (SAP Basis) - 2 years contract, you will :

To provide IT professional SAP Basis for Venture group companies and Support day-to-day system operations. Responsible for system configuration, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting SAP environment. Provide technical support and leadership for SAP systems, which can include implementing standards and requirements, overseeing upgrades, establishing processes for monitoring performance, and system configuration, design, and application.

• Ensuring 24/7 SAP system availability.
• Responsible for Managing User/Client Administration, Authorization Management, System Performance Management, Audit Management, Transport Management System, Background Job, Patches installation, System Backup & Recovery, Kernel Upgrade, OS & Database Maintenance for Venture Group wide.
• Responsible to manage SAP Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery.
• Ensure Optimum server performance and Preventive maintenance to keep daily operation smooth.
• Manage SAP daily support ticket within defined Service Level.
• Custodian for SAP System Architecture, Hardware, and integration landscape.
• Direct reporting to IT Manager and work closely other IT pillar.
• Manage and liaise with third party vendor.
• Deliver all IT projects on time.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Basis Administration is a must.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant of SAP consulting or manufacturing industry experience.
• Basic knowledge on SAP NetWeaver technology.
• Interested in processes within software development landscapes.
• Prior experience in S4/Hana would be advantageous.
• Analytical, meticulous and have good sense in troubleshooting.
• Ability to articulate and communicate with people of all levels in the organization.
• Able to work independently and lead in projects.
• Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in regional countries if required.

• Delivering code and testing code for Stress Testing purposes (which include MAS and BNM stress tests)
