• Work closely with project teams to develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans;

• Market Access: Market access supports timely patient access to drugs and devices, involving the assessment of clinical efficacy and safety alongside costs to determine the value of a therapy within a specific disease area. Our work includes rigorous systematic literature reviews that our Statisticians often use to conduct meta-analyses and network meta-analyses, therefore Analysts in this team work together with our Statisticians to provide seamless scientific and technical support to our clients. We also work on more creative and pragmatic evidence reviews to inform clients’ strategic decisions with regard to clinical development or market access. The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process includes a written assessment for you to complete in your own time. We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience in venture capital to join our team. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and competitive analysis.

Analyze financial statements, business models, and market data to provide insights on potential investments.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and investment proposals for senior management and stakeholders.

Work closely with the investment team to evaluate and track the performance of portfolio companies.

Develop financial models to assess business valuation, ROI, and risk analysis.

Assist in due diligence processes by gathering and reviewing relevant information and documents.

Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support business growth and investment strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and business valuation techniques.

Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and preparing investment proposals

Prior experience working with venture capital firms or startups.

Knowledge of emerging technologies and startup ecosystems.

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Financial Analysis (CFA) is a plus

This role manages Employee Health, Retirement, Risk, and Leave benefit programs within the APJ regions, working with external brokers and cross-functional teams (Compensation, FP&A, Legal) to ensure compliance and market competitiveness. Responsibilities include managing benefit enhancements, supporting new market setups and local integrations, optimizing benefit processes, and overseeing vendor relationships and service levels. The role also assists with pensions governance, handles escalated benefits issues, and supports M&A activities. Additionally, it manages long-term leave cases, implements leave policies, and ensures alignment with company guidelines and local regulations, while contributing to the global benefits budget planning process.

Qualifications:

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis using spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, financial databases).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
