Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be part of our Support team liaising with Product developers to support Client Products deployed at customer sites across the globe.

• Will work along with the Support Lead, take up support tickets assigned, probe the issue, and give possible resolution within the Turn Around Time.

• Candidates will be trained in client products to give end to end resolutions on usual technical issues raised.

• Candidates will be receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving issues that arises out of our products in any contact center production environment.

• Job profile involves travel to Customer Site across the globe on need basis to perform any support related activities on Client Products.

• Must perform technical troubleshooting on our products implemented at customer site by taking a remote session (or) by coordinating with onsite engineer.

• May have to extend regular work timings and work on various time zones while working on Support tasks assigned.

• Will report to the Support Lead and will be part of INDIA Delivery Center.

Key Responsibilities

Assists in planning the daily work schedule within assigned territory to ensure completion of Preventive Maintenance and remedial maintenance.

Uses escalation policies as required to keep management informed of down situations.

Verifies and approves the operational quality of system equipment. Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual periodic maintenance on systems within established time frames. Also performs wet cleans as required. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of systems. Troubleshoots and corrects process variations on systems partially with assistance from senior engineers.

Assumes responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within assigned accounts. Assists in planning, communicating, and co-ordinating support plans with customer management.

Performs start-up, warranty, paid service, and service contract activities. Performs TIER II start-ups within established time frames. Assists on TIER III start-ups. Provides technical assistance to less experienced Applied personnel. Uses training and experience to identify some process related system problems.

Serves as the Company liaison with the customer's front line management on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Assists in the preparation of and participates in customer meetings.

Develops and implements plans to increase productivity. Tracks equipment performance and plan uptime improvement. Has a working knowledge of Statistical Process Control. Utilises Quality Improvement Process methods and terminology.

Plans and executes support activities on a wide range of Applied Materials' systems. May need technical assistance in performance of daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the stability of the video cloud products. Monitor the quality of online video services. Ensure that online incidents are solved completely, and understand every key point in the process of problem solving
2. Have a general understanding of our services and related systems. Being capable of setting standards to improve the efficiency of problem handling and reduce the probability of accidents happening greatly
3. Summarize the pain points in the use of the system periodically, and give suggestions to improve the service efficiency of the system
4. Document the summarized experience to form a knowledge base to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
5. Understand the system architecture deeply, and implement the data-indicator-and technical- driven product development. Propose a technical plan to the responsible system, and enable the implementation of the plan.
6. Analyze and summarize the technical issues and processing procedures, and propose effective suggestions and improvement schemes
7. Communicate with customers and product managers in an efficient way, and promote R&D work to meet what customer needs. Be capable of controlling the overall progress, quality and risks of the project

Requirement:
1. 3 to 8 years of technical support related working experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the Computer Science, Computer Engineering or
