As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

1. End-User Support:

· Respond promptly to user inquiries, and provide technical support either in person, over the phone, or via remote assistance.

Qualifications:

Client Account Service Executive

Working days: 5.5 days (9 am to 6pm , 9am to 1pm)
Location: Pandan Loop (Clementi)
Salary: S2,800 - $3,600

Responsibilities:-

• Account servicing and provide sales support to clients and supermarkets
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and specifications
• Handling of customer orders and ensuring they are processed and fulfilled on time
• Engage and work closely with clients on products marketing and promotional activities
• Engage and work closely with Operations, Logistics and Merchandising team to provide good products and services
• Active participation in department and business review meetings

Requirement:-

• Minimum Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate with some related experiences preferably in FMCG/Retail industry

Role

• Collaborate with risk managers to design and produce risk and performance reports for their investments, covering various asset classes and strategies
• Provide meaningful analysis and explanations for performance and risk numbers in reports
• Identify, investigate, and address issues related to data quality and report content
• Implement and enhance risk modelling and performance attribution methodologies
• Proactively evaluate weaknesses, redundancies, and inefficiencies in existing processes to continuously improve productivity, accuracy, and reporting capabilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an analytical or reporting role within a financial institution
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, with experience handling large analytical datasets
• A degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitatively inclined field
• Proficiency in investment performance and risk measurement and attribution methodologies
• Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong team player in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
• A desire for continuous learning and the commitment to upgrading your knowledge base and skill set

Salary – $240,000 (Negotiable)
