Role Summary:

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is the primary point of contact for the customer and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to respond to customer inquiries. RESPONSIBILITIES

The BA Analyst is the primary contact in REC IT for SAP S/4HANA functional areas and its related integrations. This person is responsible to provide solutions for business needs & support day-to-day operations. It requires to work closely with other SAP Analysts & 3rd party vendors to propose solutions and align steps before execution.

A successful IT BA Analyst must have at least 3 years SAP (or other similar tools) experience in project implementation or in a support role in an end user environment.

Business Analysis & Support

• Resolve day-to-day business application operational issues & requests within SLA.

Centre for the Applications of Teaching & Learning Analytics for Students (ATLAS) is leveraging on learning analytics to improve teaching and learning as part of Education Strategy 2025. This position is similar in nature to a business analyst but for advancing the use of data for teaching and learning purposes. The position is critical for developing a communication plan to get faculty and students buy-in on the learning analytics goals of the university.
