• Good implementation knowledge on Computer System Validation procedures as per 21 CFR Part11 Guidelines.
• Good knowledge on Project implementation (Like Empower, Nugenesis SDMS, Lab Solutions and Labware LIMS etc.)

Requirement:

• Experience in application support and maintenance (L2/L3 support) of off -the-shelf Chromatography Data Systems.
• Experience in Waters Empower 3 , NuGenesis SDMS, Labware LIMS, Lab Solutions, LC & GC Solutions Chromeleon.
• Understanding of basic Pro Interface and Advanced Topics (which include method and report templates, custom calculations, dissolution, method validation manager and system administration).
• Experience in integrating Chromatography data systems to third party software and HPLC and GC systems.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements including GMP, GxP and 21 CFR Part11.
• Exposure to software system validation in GxP environment preferred.

Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Business Planning Analyst to act as a financial business partner, collaborating with various departments and senior management to drive informed decision-making. This role combines financial analysis, cross-functional communication, and strategic planning to identify and support growth opportunities, ensuring the organization’s financial health and future readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee reporting, forecasting, and planning activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across country offices. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports and variance analyses.

· Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments to solve complex issues, drive change, and support business objectives through data-driven insights.

· Business Development & Strategy Support: Identify growth opportunities, coordinate action plans, and communicate them effectively across departments to support execution.

· Strategic Financial Support: Assist with business case simulations, potential business assessments, and cash flow forecasting to support senior management in strategic decision-making.

· Insightful Reporting: Prepare strategic communication documents and presentations for senior leadership, including monthly and annual cash flow statements, group consolidated management accounts, and profit and loss forecasts.

· Operational & Financial Oversight: Analyze subsidiary management accounts to align with group objectives and identify potential financial or operational risks.

Requirements:

· At least more than 2 years in similar capacity

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in managing Factory's coordinate meetings, appointments, venue bookings, etc.
• Assist in Plant Manager's travel requests, bookings and reimbursement of claims, research related expenses, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide secretarial support for meetings, including responsible for scheduling, preparation and collation of reports, taking minutes of meetings and maintaining records, ensuring follow up of action items and discussions etc.
• Review and verify all documents seeking Plant Manager's approval including English to Chinese translations
• Prepare various meeting reports, documents and correspondences.
• Maintain an excellent filling and retrieval system of records and confidential documents.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for events and other activities.
• Assist in temporary staff engagements
• Coordinate with Government agencies like NEA/JTC/URA/BCA/SCDF
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Plant Manager as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Leadership experience of at least 3-5 members
• Proficient in English and Chinese both spoken and written to liaise with Chinese counterparts
• Able to commence work in Jan 2025
