Job Responsibilities

• Attend to reported gas incidents and gas supply abnormalities such as gas fires, poor gas supply pressure, suspected gas leaks, etc.
• Perform site investigations and rectification work inclusive of co-ordination work with the relevant authorities (e.g. SPPG, SCDF, HDB, EMA) and other external agencies and submission of reports.

As Yield Failure Analysis Technician in Micron NAND Technology Integration (NTI) Singapore department, you will be responsible for carrying daily physical analysis of memory devices to support the technology development needs in collaboration with fab/manufacturing team. You will perform sample preparation analysis which could include cross sections and overviews with chemical staining techniques, taking appropriate pictures for inline characterization and measurement to help process and module related troubleshooting. • Attend to matters relating to production, quality control, storage and distribution of town gas from the gasworks.
• Initiate and liaise with maintenance supervisor or contractors to conduct repair or servicing work for the plants and ancillaries.
• Ensure there is proper observance of all safety regulations and that all works done by personnel under his charge comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, the Company’s safety and operation manuals and other relevant local regulations.

Pre-requisites:

• Diploma/ Nitec in Mechanical / Chemical/ Electrical Engineering .
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an oil & gas industry or in a petrochemical plant environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.

Work schedule: 3-shift cycle

• Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including the mounting of panels, wiring, and monitoring equipment.
• Design sustainable energy projects & determine the right technologies for a particular application to meet the requirement of clients. Sustainable energy projects such as PV & Electrical System
• Evaluate & propose alternative solution & system integration for the overall project plan
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory bodies & standards such as SCDF, BCA, EMA, etc
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule & quality of work from site preparation stage till project completion & handover to clients
• Work with agencies, clients & contractors on any technical issues
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, quality standard procedure, safety requirements & in a timely manner
• Provide regular progress update reports
• Carry out troubleshooting, test, repair & installation works as & when required
• Planning, cost control, work measurement & collection of performance data
• Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Project Manager which is necessary for the execution of the project
• Ensure project technical issues are monitored, resolved & escalated where appropriate
• Conduct on-site surveys to determine the best placement and layout of solar equipment.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to clients and team members.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining high quality standards and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on job status, issues encountered, and overall system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar energy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solar Technician or similar role in the renewables sector.
• Familiarity with solar PV systems, electrical wiring, and system installations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in challenging environments.
• Certification in Diploma Electrical or Solar Energy Technology from an accredited institution preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and perform physical activities as needed.

Job description

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks on ACMV system including BMS, chilled water system, FCU, AHU and mechanical ventilation system
• To carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance
• Attend to defects, complains and requests promptly
• Perform day to day inspection and logging of all facility systems
• Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance and breakdown function
• Capable of installing new systems, duct work and testing of ACMV systems will be an added advantage

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Nitec in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Lift & Escalator, ACMV and/or BMS or its equivalent
• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, ACMV

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out timely and according to planned schedule as per the agreed Response, Delivery and Completion Time.

· Manage subcontractors or parties engaged by Client for the Facility Management Services in various specific disciplines.

· Effectively maintain the respective systems.

· Able to read technical/architectural drawings and diagrams

· Troubleshooting and repair for building related issues eg tiles crack, leaking, paint peel, collapsed false ceiling, wall cracks, door lock faulty, hinges faulty, door faulty, floor finishes, tap leaking, pipe burst, sensor faulty, floor trap choke and etc

· Support and assist in all projects (install, resolve, repair, trouble-shoot) etc.

· Attend to site show rounds conducted.

· Ensure that all his technical team and direct contractor appointed or Contractor’s subcontractors follow Client’s QEHS ISO requirements and Statutory Requirements.

· Undertake any other related duties stipulated.

· Install and test new products, as well as demonstration to clients on the use and maintenance of installed equipment

· Able to write service reports after job completion

Job Requirements:

· Higher Nitec or Nitec with minimum 5 years relevant experience or National Certificate NTC 2 from Institute of Education or Construction Industry Training Institute CITI high certificate with minimum 3 years relating to building and building services maintenance , relevant experience or equivalent;

· All technicians shall have general competency in the use of computer, Outlook emails and the following application Software; MS office, especially MS Outlook express, Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), MS Word and MS Power point.
