Roles & Responsibilities:

• User Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the corebanking system; Conduct workshops and interviews to understand user needs and expectations.
  • Business Impact Analysis (BIA): Write and document the current (as-is) processes to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. Develop the future (to-be) processes that align with the new core banking system, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
