Krisshop has been serving the Australian market remotely for many years and would like to expand local product offerings to the Australian market. Krisshop is looking for an entrepreneurial and enterprising individual to expand Krisshop business locally in Australia.

Expectations:

Take ownership of the business and

1.     Grow local product offerings that Australia like

a.     figure out what is the right selection how to grow the product range for the Australian market

b.     Lead and work closely with the commercial team to expand the product range in Australia

2.     Create a localized online site Australian love to shop

a.     Innovate and create a suitable online shopping experience for Australians

b.     Lead and work closely with the Product technology and online team to create the right merchandising experience

3.     Reach out to Australian the Australian way

a.     Leverage market experience and knowhow to best outreach to Australian users/members

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Experience with Australian market, native or work

2. Experience in online and ecommerce industry

3. Experience with consumer goods  

4. Some experience dealing with brands and suppliers

5. Online and EC background

6. Experience at Consumer goods 

• Prospect, develop and drive sales and marketing plans for healthcare and life science field/market
• Manage key accounts and identify new customers
• Provide regular reports to the management team on market / customer / sales movements
• Report market trends of new & existing products in the market
• Build company image in the market as a reliable partner for all their needs
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Biotechnology/ Medical Technology/ Life Science or any related equivalent studies
• 1 - 3 years of B2B or B2C working experiences in healthcare or lifescience industry

This position reports to the Director and will be in charge of leading all aspects of the business. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards. Through this program, you’d be able to develop high management skills and experience both front and back of the business - overseeing the floor operations, oversee food prep, comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual to be involved in:

1. Coordinate daily front and back of the restaurant operations

2. Deliver superior service and maximise customers satisfaction

3. Respond efficiently and accurately to customers complaints

4. Regularly review product quality

• Handling customer orders and quotations, shipment documents for Sales and Marketing Division
• Handle the inventory status, prepare the stock and sales report
• Coordinating logistics, scheduling orders
• Follow up sales orders and tender
• Answer phone calls and inquiries
• Support team to maintain the relationship with clients
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma or NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
