Responsibilities:

1. Create compelling content (artwork & copywriting) for various marketing channels, including social media, telegram, email, and digital ads
2. Develop and execute marketing plans for owned channels to promote our products and services
3. Organise and maintain artwork and profile story database
4. Analyse data and reports for lead generation campaigns, interpret the findings, and propose new ideas or innovation to enhance lead generation
5. Proactively contact and engage the public on programmes and services including new initiatives such as Polaris, volunteer Career Advisor Initiative and the SkillsFuture Jobseeker Support scheme, to convert prospects into leads and eventually customers
6. Provide quality customer service and prompt follow-ups to the public over the phone and/or email/ and/ or face-to-face
7. Gather jobseekers’ employment-related information and accurately input it into WSG’s systems
8. Oversee and ensure call centre vendors meet and achieve the organisation’s key performance indicators
9. Submit regular reports to Team Lead and propose new ideas and strategies to improve work performance
10. Create and maintain data hygiene, excel dashboards and SOPs
11. Other duties as assigned by Team Lead

Requirements:

1. Willing and able to commit for the full duration of the contract (1-year temporary)
2. Candidate with prior experience in outbound call preferred
3. Have a pleasant disposition with a positive attitude
4. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and work well under pressure as an individual and in a team

Skills:

1. Proficient with Excel, especially handling tasks such as filtering, sorting, pivoting, and vlookup

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all KYC and procurement activities within the Singapore office, the role will be liaising frequently with HQ to establish an efficient and practical KYC flow to meet the commercial demand in the Singapore office;
• Understand Aramco Trading KYC requirements/process;
