Our client, an class 1 construction builder, is looking for HR Executive (Trainee) to join the team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Involve in talent acquisition processes and assist in shortlisting of resume.
- Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including orientation, exit interview session and
exit clearance procedures.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities like preparing of HR-related documents, maintaining of employee records, verifying of weekly attendance and checking of leave records. Address employee enquiries relating to HR policies and any other HR related matters.
- Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers ( WP, SP , EP, DP etc.).
- Ensure timely updates of personal files and HRIS records (timely and accurately).
- Administer attendance and timesheets , verifying any addition or deductions and claims for staffs.
- Apply and coordinate staffs and workers' training programs and course registration. Involve in training grants and training feedback.
- Involve in monthly payroll processing and WICA administration.
- Submission of foreign worker levy waiver and submission for government related grants (childcare , Maternity, NS etc.).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O-Levels or NITEC
- Preferably from construction sector with at least 1years of experience
- Willing to learn and work together as a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and multitask.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices will be added advantage
