As the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be working with the APAC division of one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. Your work is instrumental in identifying opportunities to develop the Creator Community in the region, and will result in more Creators considering video-sharing as a platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity. 

You’re someone with an experimentation mindset and will be leading growth marketing initiatives to accelerate creator growth and retention in key markets. Working closely with product marketing managers, data scientists, strategists and experts, you will be evolving our approaches and providing growth hacks and solutions to transform the business.

Role:

• Develop acquisition and retention strategies to drive product adoption and growth via our own and operated platforms (e.g. in-app notifications, email)
• Analyze marketing and product funnels to identify opportunities and build audience segmentation, to drive step-changes in creator and revenue growth
• Define marketing channel mix and use lifecycle marketing principles to create personalized and engaging experiences for creators 
• Design and execute campaign strategy by working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop creatives and content 
• Generate and structure plans to execute on projects, manage project priorities and allocation of resources within the project 
• Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs for growth and lifecycle marketing campaigns, such as product adoption rate, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc
• Collaborate with global, regional, local and cross-functional teams to design growth experiments and A/B testing initiatives, leveraging user feedback and behavioral data to inform iterative improvements and optimize the product-market fit. 

• Stay informed about, communicate, and apply new or current trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing strategy 
• Strong understanding of growth concepts, user journey optimization and experimentation frameworks with hands-on experience of developing marketing campaigns based on personas and segmentation cohorts
• Creative expertise, understanding of creative strategy and production process
• Understand of attribution of marketing data (e.g. multi-touch attribution, cannibalization optimization, marginal efficiency, etc)
• Strong project management, ability to work across project teams on several projects at once, and previous experience working with agencies
• Sensitive to data with strong analytical skills, maintains curiosity and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, ability to cope with work pressure, have top-level awareness and ability to pinpoint and overcome challenges

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technological industry or deep understanding of the technological landscape
• Some knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SQL) and  markup language (i.e. HTML)
• Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support with the projects spanning across JAPAC.

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, deep understanding of marketing measurement and revenue models (e.g. LTV, ROI etc)

As a member of the Human Resource Division’s Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle with the aim to build a strong and sustainable talent pool for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).

Main responsibilities:

The Project Specialist is responsible for coordinating equipment sourcing and preparation to ensure delivery of equipment packages to projects on time and in compliance with the Corporate and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilizing JDE for locating of assets and inventory to compile project Master Equipment Lists.
• Request redeployment and/or purchase of A and I to meet project requirements.
• Arrange equipment inspection or repair by third parties as required.
• Coordinate with the R&M supervisor to advise maintenance requirements and allocation of personnel to complete all maintenance tasks in line with project deadlines.
• Communicate with project engineers and operations team on additional project requirements and ensure MEL is complete prior to load out. Highlight any equipment shortages, potential delays or maintenance issues that may affect project deadlines.
• Coordinate final visual load out equipment inspection and DROPS in coordination with QA engineer and supervisor.
• Coordinate with QA engineer to Compile asset inspection/calibration TMDE reports for project QA folder.
• Coordinate with R&M supervisor to ensure all MPD maintenance, inspection, repair and qualification requirements are met, ensuring compliance technical work instructions, raising corrective actions for all non-conformities and identifying areas requiring improvement and or audit.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in project coordination/ management, from conception to delivery.
• Good experience in heavy Industrial, Engineering, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing sector.
• Willing working at night, max up to 7pm for regional meetings & comfortable working in the weekends for project urgency.
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Familiarity with risk management (HSE), quality assurance control, including visual inspection, and adherence to quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Fluent in English language (speaking and writing) for effective collaboration with overseas teams.

Primary Objective:

As a Mortgage Specialist, your primary role is to guide clients through the mortgage loan process, from application to closing. You'll evaluate clients' financial situations, assess their mortgage needs, and recommend suitable loan options. You'll collaborate with credit underwriters and processors to expedite loan approvals and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and real estate agents are crucial for success. Strong communication, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of mortgage products and regulations are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new local mortgage through different channels or referrals.
• Utilise a combination of the Bank's branch network, tele-consulting and referrals to meet and exceed individual sales targets
• Build lasting relationships with real estate agencies, developers, solicitors and own personal network to generate referrals for the bank’s shelf of mortgage products.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities that are organised by bank or business partners to develop business and foster relationship.
• Provide sound mortgage advisory upheld by high standards of before and after sales services.
• Create opportunities to cross sell as well as to source for high networth individual to be onboarded.
• Apply diligence and integrity to ensure proper advisory procedures and meticulous documentation in compliance with the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirement.

Assist to response queries, clarifications resulting from internal, external, statutory or regulatory audit Identify gaps and implement controls including system and process enhancement that are fit for purpose and to address current and future requirements in a rapidly changing regulatory environment and an evolving AML landscape, in line with industry best practices. Client Reviews Conduct reviews of existing clients to ensure their biodata remains updated Handle the alerts arising from the periodic screening of the bank's customer database Conduct periodic reviews of KYC and CDD information of existing relationships including but not limited to higher risk relationships and financial intermediaries. Identifies and investigate a suspicious activity, prospect or client and make necessary recommendations to senior management to file the appropriate suspicious transaction reports to CAD and MAS/ HKMA. Investigation of suspicious transactions surfaced during periodic review. Liaise with relationship managers / business compliance managers for issues and deficiencies identified during review. Update and implement periodic review processes. Guide team members or relationship managers in conducting the periodic review. General Support Front Line Risk and Control on the matters that are assigned from time to time in line with overall priorities of the bank. Collaborate with other colleagues within the bank to drive and assists remediation and other projects as and when required. Prepare Management information reports based on agreed requirements. Organize meetings with Front Office and focus group training to align front office practices with current procedures. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in AML/KYC under a risk and control function in a private banking environment. Understanding nuances of the China market and proficiency in Chinese language are desirable as this role will handle clients in the China market. Knowledgeable and sensitive to the risks (PEP, Sanctions, reputational risks) and suspicious activities typical of private banking clients. Knowledge of regulations including MAS, HKMA and other intergovernmental / non-governmental organization such as FATF / Wolfsberg. Client onboarding approval experience in HK and / or SG in PB industry (SoW/SoF, client risk assessment, purpose of accounts). University degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent, or higher education. Preferred skills Strong understanding of AML/CFT framework and the regulatory environment and its applicability to Private Banking clients in the areas of onboarding, on-going client reviews and transaction monitoring.
