Overall Responsibilities

The Licensing Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in working together with the Business Unit Head (BUH) to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Company across Singapore and Malaysia. Through effective planning and budgeting, the Licensing Sales Manager will strive to achieve his/her quarterly/annual revenue target. In addition, he/she will devise sales strategies and techniques to reach out to potential clients and generate leads for the Company, thereafter, turning the leads into business deals. Main Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Client Management and Service

• In consultation with BUH, design appropriate business management calendar inclusive of sales strategy, marketing activities, brand-building objectives and manage team activities related to client services, licensee sell in, retail programs, sell-through support etc.
• Report to BUH on all key initiatives, reporting requirements, compliance monitoring, and other core functions as related to client management.

Monitor Licensee Obligations

• Conduct regular business review with key licensees to ensure product development, product penetration to all distribution channels, advertising and promotion plans are rolled out as per contractual obligations.
• Retail Visibility for Brands/Licensed Products
• Work closely with PLS marketing team to cultivate and direct key retail accounts on behalf of Licensor and its partners, working closely with all stakeholders to build appropriate retail relationships and secure prominent product placement at retail.
• Work with marketing team and partners to devise a meaningful marketing calendar to promote the licensed products as well use appropriate and approved marketing collateral to support products at retail.

Account Receivables

• Work with Finance team to ensure that licensees remit the License Fee and submit monthly/quarterly royalty report on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of product managers, guided by product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Ensure the team has clear objectives and is equipped and enabled to succeed.
• Strategy: Oversee/conduct market research and leverage customer feedback to inform product decisions. Identify opportunities to evolve product strategy and roadmaps with clear business cases and ROI.
• Delivery: Oversee the delivery of product opportunities. Formulate GTM strategies for successful product launches and market penetration. At times, drive execution of GTM for more complex opportunities.
• Metrics: Define and track KPIs, regularly communicate product metrics, and manage follow-up actions. Analyse product performance for continuous improvement. Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support for successful product and GTM execution. Partner with commercial teams and executives to deliver impactful solutions. Support the CPO as the product team's voice internally and externally.

Skills and Knowledge

• A highly experienced and strategic leader, motivated and resilient, with a proven track record in scaling SaaS products to success. Exceptional in guiding product vision, strategy, and team development.
• Experience: 7+ years in senior product management roles with extensive experience in end-to-end product and lifecycle management.
• Strategic Leadership: Expert in driving and aligning actions with business goals and overarching product strategy with proven ability to develop and execute long-term product visions.
• Commercial Savvy: Deep understanding of market dynamics with a strong focus on revenue generation and profitability.

The role holder, reporting to the Financial Controller, is

- To be responsible for managing day-to-to-today activities in treasury and corporate functions to meet the financial and regulatory obligations of the group.

- To assist the Group in audit and accounts functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury

• To perform a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance.

• To manage intercompany loans.

• To maintain & update all relevant banking records which include maintaining bank account Master Database, updating of consolidated report of banking facilities / charges and utilization.

• In charge of opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking and application of bank facilities.

• To support business stakeholders in FX and trade financing matters.

• To identify business and market opportunities and work closely with banks for new funding scheme and evaluate current scheme for improvement.

• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on Tax compliance requests such as FATCA.

• To prepare weekly cash flow consolidation, consisting of short- and medium-term requirements.

Corporate

• To assist in the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.

• To assist in ensuring filing compliance in accordance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

Accounting and Audit

• To support audit related matters including preparation of bank and directors’ confirmations.

• To assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards and group guidelines.

• To assist in the review of payments and receipts.

Others

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationship with key internal and external stakeholders by providing high level support and engagement and maintain consistent strong operational relationships.

• To work with Legal Department on Banks’ Letter of Offer and negotiate terms and conditions with our banks.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
