Regional Finance Manager

Sephora seeks to appoint a Regional Finance Manager (for SEA, India and Oceania), reporting to the Regional Finance Director. The Regional Finance Manager will partner closely with regional leaders within the organisation (especially across Marketing, E-Commerce, Technology, and our Franchise business), providing insightful financial guidance to drive strategic decision-making and optimise business outcomes. • At least 8 years of professional experience with solid accounting, finance management, FP&A background, preferably from the retail or FMCG industry
• Prior experience in financial controlling is a plus
• Regional experience is a plus
