Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Cell Manufacturing, shall lead the manufacturing process definition, and industrialization, including brown and or green field start-up, and hand over to general management operations within the factory once full ramped to sustaining operations. The successful candidate shall work closely with Research Design & Development (RDD) engineering, facilities, equipment suppliers, and other, to define the specifications required for manufacturing of battery cell and battery pack manufacturing. This position plays a pivotal role in optimising and streamlining specific production processes to ensure efficient operations. The role involves analysing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, planning implementation, monitoring and providing solutions to enhance productivity and quality. It is also expected to lead the team of Manufacturing Engineers to study the engineering fundamentals of materials, process and equipment design interactions through systematic design of experiments or troubleshooting methodologies, to achieve the final product design specifications, as well as quality, yield, safety and reliability. About the role:
