This role is about problem solving supporting trading applications for Global Derivatives Markets

Joining an award-winning application support team, you will work directly with our clients to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with complex trading strategies. 1. Incident Management

• To log all incidents (either via phone or email) into the Incident Management System and taking ownership of incidents and service requests from end user and ensure follow up and resolving the tickets within agreed SLA timeline
