Position Objective

Takes full responsibility of Order Processing and Import/Export affairs. Using independent action, recognizes problems and initiates correct action within the parameters of company policies. Provides assistance to sales and logistics personnel.

Major Areas of Responsibility

1. Takes full responsibility for all functions related to order processing. 2. Evaluating, maintaining and updating of various documentation required between order processing and other departments to assure a smooth flow of work.

Main Responsibilities

Application monitoring responsibilities

• Define and implement in coordination with the build team the needed application monitoring.
• Supervise and monitor daily and monthly chains and handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.

Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Salary:

Job Description

• Industry/Organization Type: Manufacturing/Production
• Position Title: Technical Support Engineer (Electronics)
• Working Location: Serangoon North
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical transfer of products/projects in assembly and testing, including coordination with customers.
• Provide ongoing technical support in manufacturing and testing phases to optimize product builds.
• Assist the Quality Control (QC) team in resolving Return Material Authorization (RMA) issues.
• Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in matters related to compliance, regulatory requirements, customer interactions, and audits.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Technical competence in handling manufacturing, project transfers, and troubleshooting within a production environment.
• Experienced in PCBA manufacturing and testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers on technical matters.
• Experience working in an ISO13485 and FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
