About the role  

We are looking for an experienced APAC Intelligence Analyst, to join our team, embedded in our client’s Risk & Intelligence function. Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for researching, analysing, and building products to assess risks and opportunities around the client’s people, operations, strategy, and brand reputation. You will be an intelligence practitioner who has a passion for analysis, problem-solving, advising and informing decision-makers.   

This is a hybrid role, with some days each week spent in person in the client’s office. 

Responsibilities  

• Attend Studio Security and Security Operations team meetings to collect requirements and understand priorities 
• Ensure proper reporting back to requesting individuals surrounding locations and titles
• Manage data collection (start/stop) and provide context to the client GSOC to keep stakeholders informed
• Build Event Intelligence Reports, researching and reporting risks before an event to assist event teams in adjusting levels of security  
• Coordinate and collaborate with event leads to understand any concerns so you can help fill any gaps
• Build Executive Travel Briefs ahead of planned trips, coordinating with Security Operations so they’re aware of any visits
• Contribute to Weekly Ops Brief for the APAC region and GSOC Sit Reps
• Fill in details about events (focussing on the ones our stakeholders are supporting on-site) to help the GSOC stay focussed on what is happening in the near term 
• Gather social media analysis and proactively monitor, research and alert around changing trends or potential impact on the client
• Provide Intelligence support for functional areas of expertise to include Travel Risk Management, Security Operations, and Executive Protection
• Provide risk intelligence support for crisis management, enterprise risk management, and geopolitical risk management
• Analyse and assess threats to the client's people, operations, strategy, and brand reputation
• Research strategic issues affecting the client
• Deliver reports, briefings, and presentations on a routine basis that help reduce uncertainty and answer priority intelligence requirements
• Advise the Intelligence Manager on intelligence collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination strategies
• Provide expert advice on intelligence-related programs, regulations, industry standards, risk assessments, and related issues or questions that may arise 
• Drive a respectful team culture centred on open communication, sharing, listening, and recognition of team members at all levels.  

Requirements 

• BA degree in International Relations or similar  
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in corporate intelligence or in related fields.  
• Corporate, military, or government intelligence agency experience preferred but not required  
• Proven ability to work with highly confidential information
• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytic, oral, and written presentation skills including the ability to deliver communications centred on the target audience
• Advanced proficiency in Web-based social media platforms, search tools, productivity applications, and communication technology
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools is nice to have

Interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages.

The Wise Card was first launched in Europe in 2018, allowing customers to spend internationally at the mid-market rate, with only a low, upfront conversion fee. About The Role

The Airport projects department of Gunnebo Entrance Control requires a Project Engineer to support its expansion in the Airport passenger processing solutions.

The candidate will oversee delivering of Airport projects globally.

They will work closely with Multiple Stakeholders, in ternal and external, in a successful delivery of projects, on time, within budget and with required quality.

The Projects they will be involved with will be in different time zones and local teams from many different cultures. The Project Engineer will also be required to support some large installation worldwide.

There will also be global travel required for this role dependent on requirements.

We're in search of a Business Analyst who will act as a crucial link between our company and our customers. Your role will entail a combination of analytical thinking and exceptional customer service to assist clients in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create and implement plans for improving customer support and utilizing insights from support issues to influence future product designs and business processes.

We're seeking a natural problem-solver who enjoys assisting others and can easily explain technical details. Responsibilities

• Provide the first level of support, work with and ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand and diagnose root cause of the issue, troubleshoot and/or escalate to the relevant teams.
• Research and identify solutions to common issues; document and maintain a knowledge base for Frequently Asked Questions so that end-users can look up solutions independently.
• Develop mitigating and/or preventive solutions to optimize efforts spent on customer support, including establishing problem solving guidelines, checklists, or other materials to improve response to recurring or routine user problems.
• Generate summary reports; analyse and present support trends and patterns to inform business needs or technical requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field. Strong interest in working with computer applications and software.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within professional services or client-facing environments.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: even when you do not have the solution to the problem, you know how to get the solution; this includes the ability to know what questions to ask
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: able to articulate effectively in writing and verbally
• A quick learner and displays high willingness to learn
• Attitude: possess determination and commitment to strive towards excellence in everything you do. No detective leaves a case unsolved.
• Able to work independently and as a team: able to support multiple requests concurrently, able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a keen interest to pursue a career in tech. Those without tech experience are welcome to apply, subject to certain job roles where some tech experience may be required.
