• Perform installation, configuration and set up of computer systems as per established procedures when required.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues, coordinate service requests, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems.
• Documenting troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices to create a knowledge base for future reference, training purposes, and to enhance support processes.
• Monitor and support IT equipment (including network, servers, UPS, storage, temperature monitoring device) connectivity and status through the monitoring tools, notifications, and alerts, ensuring the connectivity is always up.
• Attend and be involved during Service Desk Team meetings.
• Additional duties or projects assigned by the management may be required at times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification will be an added advantage.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) will be an added advantage.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCES

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT Service Desk environment.
• Experience in a distribution center environment will be advantageous.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues including but not limited to: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite. Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
• Good knowledge of the following software, hardware, and systems:
• Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Network Printers, Label Printers, PCs, Desktop Imaging, Terminal Services, Remote Desktop, Incident management tools, Request Management tools, Android and IOS devices, RF scanners, barcode scanners.
• Possess good understanding of Networking Protocols and Fundamentals, as well as able to manage PC configurations and set up.

We are looking for a talented individual to join the regional South East Asia VCA team, a geographic cluster of Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia (IPVMC) markets. The team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions to clients in the regional South East Asia cluster, addressing unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management and digital strategy.

The successful candidate will be involved in, or leading client consulting engagements within the seller client vertical of merchants, acquirers and fintechs for regional South East Asia. The candidate will report to the Director, Seller Vertical Lead, Regional South East Asia.

What an Analyst does at Visa:

As a VCA Analyst, you will be leading or working on VCA engagements in the regional cluster. In this role, you are expected to:

• Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with Visa’s key clients.
• Deliver Consulting projects. Resolve complex strategic problems. Synthesize and manage complex project structures when required. Manage, facilitate, and implement consulting services and meet client's business targets (assignment objectives, project scope, budget, paperwork, supervising external consultants, and project delivery).
• Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk and Merchant Solutions teams
• Develop propositions by closely working with Client Relationship Managers, promoting the solutions with external clients and, executing and delivering the consulting engagement to clients
• Enable growth and improve profitability across our clients’ payment business through portfolio management and segment expansion
