• Track constantly the backup status for SAP and non-SAP servers and update the SOP if there is any change in the backup configurations. Provide timely update to the Operations Manager for any backup failure.
• Ensure that SSL Certificates in SAP and non-SAP servers are renewed timely.
• Work closely with other interfacing systems to ensure operational efficiency and interoperability with the interfacing systems.
