As an ML Engineer, your pivotal role involves operationalizing ML Models developed by Client data scientists. You will serve as the focal point for ML model refactoring, optimization, containerization, deployment, and quality monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include:Conduct reviews for compliance of the ML models in accordance with overall platform governance principles such as versioning, data / model lineage, code best practices and provide feedback to data scientists for potential improvements

Peak Ocean is looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our client's marine division.

The primary focus of this role is on the engineering, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) for battery electric vessels and charging stations.

The successful candidate will work closely with ESS suppliers, perform hands-on fieldwork with high-voltage systems, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of power electronic equipment. This role requires extensive field experience, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and a commitment to maintain the highest standards of safety and performance uptime for marine vessels with ESS.

Qualification Required:

• A degree or diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering or any other related disciplines is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in high- voltage systems, Energy Storage Systems or ESS, or power electronics are highly desirable. Certifications in marine safety or electrical safety are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Energy Storage Systems, high-voltage systems, and power electronic equipment, preferably in a marine or industrial setting.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce commissioning sequence & commissioning plan as per project requirements
• Liaise with vendors , contractors to prepare testing scripts required for data center equipment and services commissioning and submit them to related authorities
• Produce Testing and commissioning schedule and analyze commissioning critical path
• Laise with construction team for commissioning requirements to ensure commissioning milestones are achieved
• Laise with equipment vendors with their testing equipment set up and their requirements to ensure they can be accommodated on site for testing.
• Ensure and track the commissioning activities are been carried out as per schedule
• Track , record and update of commissioning status per weekly basic
• Chair weekly commissioning meetings with vendors , suppliers , contractor and consultant
• Issue weekly commissioning reports and commissioning and scripts tracker status
• Log commission issues and resolve them together with vendors/contractors and suppliers
• Lead Testing and Commissioning FAT, SAT activities with vendors , contractors and consultants.
• Consolidate and validate the testing reports and document them per day to day basic
• Arrange logistic Heaters, Data Loggers , PQA , Test PC, temporary CAC , HAC requirements for Heat Load Test & IST.
• Support commissioning agent for HLT and IST by leading all vendors , suppliers and contractors.
• Close out of all T&C issues and hand over the Documents as part of OMM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.

• Check the project required mandatory courses for structure crew and arrange for training in line with training matrix
• Coordinate with respective trainer and arrange the RFU trainings for each activity and monitor the training records
• Check and prepared the MTO and manhour for additional works, update to project engineer for VO (variation order) claim.
• Ensure the daily PTW for all work activities shall be covered by PTW system
• Check and ensure all site activates shall ongoing well with quality and safety .
• Plan and prepare minimum One month in advance Manpower, Material, Machinery as per given task.
• Prepare min 3 days in advance DWI to delegate to individual crew.

Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
