Responsibilities:

• Understand development of Computer System Validation (CSV) and equipment specifications and executing Computer System Validation, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and other pharmaceutical equipment/system commissioning/validation such as installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), performance qualification (PQ) protocols in accordance with Good Engineering Practices, GAMP, local SOPs, industry best practices and other industry related guidance documents.
• Assess the impact of changes to cGMP equipment/systems and methods and establish the applicable Validation Plan to ensure the validated status following changes.
• Experience in technical writing and report generation of testing methodologies of automated systems.
• Expertise in evaluating validation protocols and summary reports.
• Strong understanding of Testing and Software Development Lifecycle and QA methodologies.
• Responsible for being a quality contact and primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex deviations for systems, processes, and equipment related to engineering, facilities, automation, manufacturing, and validation.
• Support and review complex deviation investigations related to manufacturing process equipment, utilities, automation, validation, and engineering.
• Work closely with Operations, Facilities, Manufacturing, Automation, Validation, and Engineering to resolve open issues resulting from equipment failures, issues, and deviation record reviews.
• Lead the QA review and assessments of deviations; includes performing risk assessments, leading root cause analysis investigations, tracking, follow-up, close out, and reporting/trending.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in cGMP automation/computerized systems, quality, and compliance areas in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Scope:

• Support the Engineer/Supervisor in implementing MBO initiatives to achieve departmental KPI aligned with the Business Plan and Division Objectives
• Collaborate with the Engineer/Supervisor to enhance processes for Yield, Quality, and Productivity, and provide engineering assistance for assigned processes, including support for new product integration and other cross-functional projects
• Execute improvement initiatives, including cost reduction, yield enhancement, and productivity optimization, while also participating in MBO activities
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production line issues by collaborating with QA and Production teams
• Collect data and generate technical reports to validate customer product qualifications and ensure process integrity
• Aid Engineers in process development and optimization efforts by conducting DOE and subsequent analysis
• Support prototype initiatives, including the introduction of new products, packages, processes, substrates, or lead frames
• Assist in drafting technical reports for customer product qualification, process assessment, and DOE analyses, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation

A chemical manufaturing company located in the West is looking for electrical engineer.

Job Scope :

• Assist with electrical wiring and installation
• Attend to electrical breakdown and maintanance
• Design electrical diagram for the maunfacturing process line
• Troubleshoot on electrical fault and error
• Carry out preventive maintenance
• Assist wtih electrical sub-station servicing
• Able to work with Automation and SCADA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operates and maintains complex test equipment appropriately to measure and test customer samples.
• Performs or arrange complex maintenance on designated test equipment and laboratory area. May perform / arrange complex calibration of test equipment.
• Management of samples from receiving, internal distribution through lab testing to dispatch dispositioning using database software and basic Microsoft programs such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Checking samples against sample requirement and raising any issues to Project team.
• Ensure samples are managed within quality process and in compliance with according the UL Quality and accreditation process requirements.
• Working with teams to ensure samples are ready and available for test start internal customers and stored in the correct location.
• Communicating and guiding internal customers on sample return via phone and email.
• Support laboratory, engineering and shipping/receiving teams.
• May also be responsible for maintenance of the warehouse.
• Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
• Assist and trains staff as directed.
• May assist leadership in the development of training as necessary.
• May develop or assist in the creation of reports and metrics as necessary.
• Maintain an organized, safe, clean and productive work area.
• Conducts periodic inventories of sample storage areas.
• Reports any lost, missing or damaged samples and assists in the research and resolution.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Coordinate and plan EMC Testing.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree in Engineering (in related field of work) with at least 2 to 4 years' work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with Engineering and other Laboratory Personnel to complete projects in a timely manner with high quality.
• Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze special testing needs, equipment handling and calibration.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative.
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment and work independently.
