Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Responsibilities

• Use big data technologies like Snowflake and work closely with the data science to help build complex algorithms that provide unique insights into the data using.
• Use agile software development processes to iteratively make improvements to the back-end systems

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Helpdesk Operations Technician acts as the primary user-facing support staff for IT. In this role you will enthusiastically teach internal users how to best interact with and utilize technology; providing support as needed via face to face interaction, chat, email, and video calls.

• OS troubleshooting (Windows) user endpoints – virtual desktop, PC & laptop

• Standard Microsoft desktop application installation and support
• Troubleshooting the OS and standard Microsoft applications
• Ensuring endpoint patching up to date using BAML tools

• Email troubleshooting and housekeeping at the client end (Outlook)
• Troubleshooting & resolving user problems remotely for Second level using available tools and engineer dispatch at third level.
• Support of corporate mobile devices.
• Support of various virtual meeting software.
• Monitor and prioritize incident tickets received through bank standard ticket management system (ITSM)
• Monitor and prioritize request tickets received through bank standard ticket management system (ITSM)

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer, Analyst, or Administrator
• Able to perform heavy lifting work for hardware setup.
• Hands on experience troubleshooting Windows applications.
• Well versed in Hardware related troubleshooting skills
• Be empathetic, humble, and possess a strong focus on customer service
• Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS platforms
• Ability to work individually and within a team in a high pressure work environment

• Handle day-to-day security vulnerability assessments and operational request.
• Provide security vulnerability assessment reports and advise system operator on security vulnerability and resolution.
• Proactive monitoring of remediation plans and progress.
• Schedule security checks in accordance with reporting schedules.
• Continuous enhancement of existing security vulnerability assessment process.
• Verifies security controls are implemented accordingly.
• Review security incident reports.
• Evaluate the type and severity of security events.
• Assist with establishing procedures for handling detected security events.
• Create final incident report detailing the events of the incident.
• Prepare periodic status reports for presentation to management.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent fields
• At least 5 years working experience in vulnerability management and incident response.
• Familiar with at least one vulnerability scanner (e.g. Nessus)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Good team player as well as strong communications skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Possess QISP, CEH, CISSP and/or related security certification.
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
