Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for supporting Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of M365 services, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, providing support, and maintaining configurations while adhering to strict security and compliance standards.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Familiarity with Conditional Access rules, DLP policies, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Incident/Problem and Change Management processes.
- Understanding of M365 security and compliance requirements.
- Ability to monitor and manage M365 licenses effectively.
