1. Overview of the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist with a strong background in financial systems support, particularly in Capital Markets applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing 24/7 production support, troubleshooting, and managing critical financial systems such as Kondor+, as well as other similar platforms. 3. Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in production support for financial systems, with a strong focus on Capital Markets applications.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Kondor+ or other similar financial applications (e.g., Summit, Murex, Calypso).
• ITIL certification/knowledge and understanding of IT service management processes.
• Familiarity with Capital Markets products and workflows (e.g., FO/BO environments).
• Proficiency in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT, and Control-M.
• Experience with monitoring solutions, preferably ITRS Geneos.
