Key Responsibilities

7. Develops and implements plans to increase productivity. Tracks equipment performance and plan uptime improvement. Has a working knowledge of Statistical Process Control. Utilises Quality Improvement Process methods and terminology.
8. Plans and executes support activities on a wide range of Applied Materials' systems. May need technical assistance in performance of daily responsibilities.

Summary of Position:

Provides engineering and field support for Fugro Satellite Positioning services and related products.

About the role:

• Tests GNSS equipment and related products received from manufacturers.
• Tests GNSS antenna systems.
• Prepares test setups for monitoring of signal quality.
• Maintains test equipment and tool sets.
• Maintains test documentation.
• Maintains service documentation for all FSP equipment.
• Provides technical support as required.
• Provides field support as required.
• Fault finds / repaired returned failed products from customers.
• Undertakes installation of FSP equipment / systems on customer’s marine / DP vessels.
• Maintains installation documentation.

About you:

• At least diploma in Electronic Engineering or similar or two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of RF and Microwave receiver systems.
• Understanding of electronic assembly process
• Understanding of DGPS/GPS systems.
• Must have basic electronic hardware, software and networking awareness.
• Must be able to undertake frequent business travel (at short notice when required).

• Liaising with multiple teams and dealers to ensure customer’s applications are duly completed.

• Provide support to the business development team on their daily BAU, such as disbursement and loan processing.

• Screening of loan documentation, data entry, and maintain data accuracy in the system.

• Follow up with dealers /customers for documentation rework.

• Assist in generating and issuance of Invoices/billing to business partners/customers.

• Potential to cross-train in other product’s support roles.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle in-house recruitment process, including job description creation, job posting/advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, arranging for interviews, selection, offer preparation and onboarding.
• Source candidates through various portals, social media, creative recruitment channels, and the internal referral program.
• Participate in employment branding activities with the HR team, conduct jobs fairs, campus recruitment, internships and traineeship programmes.
• Develop offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Prepare letter of employment and onboarding checklist for new hires.
• Responsible for web updating, recruitment status reporting(s) and job advertising.
• Accurately track and reports on the recruitment, onboarding and confirmation process based on agreed metrics, using MS Excel and relevant HRIS module.
• Assist Recruitment team in developing a strong network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to quick turnaround time.
• Assist recruitment team to ensure new hires are well-organized, onboarded and have a meaningful probation experience by collaborating with line managers, IT, finance and HR teams.
• Assist recruitment team in application of airport pass, term pass and airline house clearance.
• Perform other HR and administrative task as per assigned by your superiors.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree with a qualification in HR Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a high volume, fast-paced, blue-collared recruitment environment (external and internal recruiters are welcomed).
• Experience in organizing jobs fairs, career fairs, campus fairs and virtual job fairs.
• Experience in generating manpower and recruitment status report(s).
• Familiar with online job posting and advertising channels.
• Experience in using integrated applicant tracking system (ATS) or manual tracking systems.
• Experience in work pass application, e-issuance and renewal of work pass.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant legislations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant changes.
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal and communication skills with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous and pay attention to details.
