We’re looking for a new Customer Support Regional Lead to lead our APAC Business Customer Support teams!

Your Mission:

Your mission is to lead our Business support teams. As the Regional Lead of CS Operations for APAC, you’ll report directly to the Global Head of Business Customer Support and lead our regional teams, while cooperating with our outsourcing teams, as well as the various CS support functions like Training, WFM QA and more.

You’ll also join the senior leadership team in Singapore and work to build an exceptional work environment in our regional offices. Function Description

This position serves both Business Development and Service & Support. The position requires detailed knowledge of flight simulation equipment, maintenance, and operation, as well as Collins image generators and display systems. Experience within the Asia-Pacific region training centers, and training device manufacturers is also required. This position works as part of the business development team to identify and follow market opportunities, clarify customer requirements, organize proposal submissions, and conduct contract negotiations. Detailed process knowledge of Collins service and support, and business development workflows and systems is desired.

Performs duties related to overall customer service including post-sales support. May support sales team by notifying other divisions of customer concerns and trends. Responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of service by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs. Performs on-site services for Aftermarket clients, installs new equipment and services, maintains / services and upgrades existing equipment. Provides instruction and education regarding products or equipment usage to customers and internal employees. Designs and manages product training for customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer
• Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
