Key Responsibilities:

• Provide both on-site and remote technical support for end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Perform regular system and network monitoring to ensure uptime, stability, and security.
• Document technical processes and prepare detailed reports on technical incidents.
• Travel between customer locations as required to provide on-site support and troubleshooting.
• Participate in client platform implementation or upgrade projects as assigned.
• Follow up with vendors for hardware replacements and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-user computing (EUC) support and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Familiarity with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN) and troubleshooting tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to document processes and technical issues clearly.
• A proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach with a "can-do" attitude.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hardware lifecycle management, including vendor coordination for replacements.
• Certifications in relevant IT/networking fields (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, etc.) are a plus.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in managing Factory's coordinate meetings, appointments, venue bookings, etc.
• Assist in Plant Manager's travel requests, bookings and reimbursement of claims, research related expenses, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide secretarial support for meetings, including responsible for scheduling, preparation and collation of reports, taking minutes of meetings and maintaining records, ensuring follow up of action items and discussions etc.
• Review and verify all documents seeking Plant Manager's approval including English to Chinese translations
• Prepare various meeting reports, documents and correspondences.
• Maintain an excellent filling and retrieval system of records and confidential documents.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for events and other activities.
• Assist in temporary staff engagements
• Coordinate with Government agencies like NEA/JTC/URA/BCA/SCDF
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Plant Manager as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Leadership experience of at least 3-5 members
• Proficient in English and Chinese both spoken and written to liaise with Chinese counterparts
• Able to commence work in Jan 2025
• 5.5 days work week (subject to changes)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production
• Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.
• Perform Test program correlations and reject verifications.
• Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program.
• Carry out characterization or sample screening based on internal team request.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronic / Electrical/ Mechatronic/ IT/ Biochemical /Mechanical /computer/Architecture Engineering

• Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, thermo stream testing equipment or bench test equipment.
• Experience in working at production/engineering semiconductor test facilities
• Ability to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
