Job Scope:

• Responsible for the enhancement of Digital Enablement & Transformation (DET) in the organization, in particular software applications used by clinic end users and patients, eg: Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR), Electronic Queue Management System (eQMS), mobile applications such as Health Hub etc
• Represent the department in end users in User Acceptance Tests (UAT), End-to-End Testing (E2E) to ensure the interoperability of interdependent IT systems
• Work closely with other user departments and third-party vendors to ensure IT system readiness
• Achieve higher digital adoption rate by undertaking enhancements on key functionalities of IT / mobile applications to improve their overall performances, user-friendliness and intuitiveness
• Work closely with internal departments to analyse, identify and implement solutions to improve outcomes in the Key Focus Areas such as Workforce Transformation and Tech Enablers
• Support department in achieving the set KPIs and HQ’s strategic and tactical plans and deliverables

We are seeking a driven and meticulous Assistant Manager, Key Account (Pharmacy) to join our Sales team at Suntory Beverage & Food Singapore. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering key customer sell out (GSV & NSV) budget by driving strategic initiatives to attain sustainable growth. You will also be responsible to foster strong customer relationship, implement customer strategies to drive topline sales and optimize trade spend to maximize profitability.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop the annual account business plans in line with company brand and sales objectives to drive sustainable achievement of company annual and monthly Gross Sales and Net Sales targets within spend budget and company guidelines
• Preparation and negotiation of Customer Account Plans with proactiveness to ensure the achievement of deliverables
• Monitoring and reviewing of account scorecards by category in accordance with prescribed methodology and timeline

Job Description & Requirements:

- Prepare vessel schedules in line with commercial requirements of the company and sharing updated schedules with relevant stakeholders such as internal departments, MLOs, & agency network.

Closely coordinate with the Singapore Port Authority (PSA) to ensure smooth operations by:
- submitting the monthly vessel schedule to PSA at the beginning of every month via the Portnet Berth application

- ensuring any updates are captured on the Portnet Berth application in a timely manner
- ensuring necessary approvals are obtained for hazardous and over dimension cargo prior to acceptance

- applying tight connection as required and closely monitor until the connection is made
- ensuring timely coordination and execution with PSA to deploy 2 cranes, when necessary, in order to keep up with the sailing schedule

Constantly liaise with owners to:

- make sure ship certificates are renewed in a timely manner and are in order

- Engaging with back office (Jambi) to assist on preparing relevant stowage plans for every port calls

- Engaging with agents to ensure there is priority berthing at all port calls

- Coordinating with agents on port clearance, immigration clearance, assistance on additional tug requirements, etc to ensure fast turnaround time at the port

- Ensuring valid ship certificates are submitted to relevant authorities through the agency network in a timely manner

- Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of arrival/departure reports and NOAs shared by the agent

- Maintain montly report pertaining to the port operations which monitors feeder/vessel discharging & loading, waiting of berthing time in order to update the principles/management.

- Submission of cargo manifests to portnet, as per required by PSA & Customs.

Job Responsibilities:

- Middle Office provides post-sales support to the Sales team and assists internal Operations teams especially Policy Administration and Claims team in interacting with Intermediaries and Client HR

- Maintain close working relationship with Sales/Policy Admin/Claims/Compliance/Customer Care Teams and external parties (Intermediaries/Client HR) to ensure seamless flow of relevant information and co-ordination

- Monitor service level achievements for selected clients

- Attend to escalations with ability to mitigate and resolve issues of concern in relation to needs of Client HR and Intermediaries.

- Assist in identifying, simplifying and streamlining processes for operation efficiency

- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

- Degree in any discipline

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Employee Benefits Operations is preferred

- Knowledge of health insurance products would be an advantage
