Director, Executive Search, you will have primary responsibility for Director level and above recruitment for the Crocs and HeyDude brands across the APAC region. This role will lead executive search strategy, partnerships, outreach, negotiations, and overall candidate care.

Job Description

• Develop the executive search strategy for roles across the APAC region for the Crocs and HeyDude brands.
• Lead all sourcing, screening, assessment, recruitment, relationship management, and hiring of executive level talent; own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for the APAC region.
• Develop and foster leadership talent pipelines across all lanes of the business while also providing regular, comprehensive overviews of the external market to executives and business leaders.
• Advise internal leadership teams on external market factors, providing diversified solutions for talent acquisition and succession planning for the APAC region.
• Become the primary source of recruitment knowledge on trends impacting the footwear and fashion industries.
• Bring forward the knowledge of the competitive landscape and collect market intelligence across the APAC region. Use this knowledge and data driven insights to analyze hiring trends that will strengthen our talent attraction strategy.
• Understand external talent supply and demand dynamics in the countries of responsibility and help develop a hiring plan, together with the business and HRBPs, especially as we look to meet our growth needs over the coming years.
• Advise hiring managers and HR leaders on offer proposals, including complex compensation structures, relocation, and negotiating compensation packages at senior levels across the organization.
• Develop and lead recruiting marketing and employment branding strategies to increase awareness of Crocs and HeyDude across the APAC region.
• Provide white glove candidate and hiring manager experiences
• In partnership with the HRBPs and hiring managers, ensure new executive hires are onboarded seamlessly with the most positive new hire experience.
• Recruit for non-executive exempt roles across the APAC region as needed.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience recruiting senior level talent; footwear/retail industry experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in researching and mapping APAC talent landscape and building trust-based relationships with senior management.
• Expert knowledge of APAC’s market compensation trends
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex searches concurrently.
• Proven ability to develop deep pipelines of diverse and talented leaders for future needs.
• Strong executive presence with credibility. Must be comfortable working with the most senior leadership at Crocs and HeyDude.

The client success team is the first point of contact with customers for event implementation, product training, product support, and event project coordination. The team will work with the internal product team and sales team to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

• Be an expert in our event platform and technologies to provide consultation on event registration and ticketing.
• Be the key event projects for successful delivery with high customer satisfaction.
• Be a champion in resolving customer issues in a fast, reliable, and timely manner
• Be a champion in providing trust and reliable event expert consultation to the client
• Be the primary point of contact for key accounts and event projects to provide event consultation and ongoing user support via email, phone, chat, and face-to-face sessions.

• Provide Live product training to clients via face-to-face meetings or video conferencing with clients in different regions or time zones.

• You will need to provide onsite supervisor support on the event day to ensure the events using our product run smoothly and effectively.
• Identify inefficiencies and establish continuous process improvement (SOP and SLA)
• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved within the SLA and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop event management best practices, product tutorials, help guides, and documentation.
• If there are events overseas, you will need to travel to provide technical and project support for the onsite event.
• Improve operation procedures and processes to run operations effectively and efficiently.
