JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent will be responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of investments for projects involving a wide variety of property type, investment and JV structures. This position requires a highly qualified and motivated individual to be responsible for financial modeling, valuation, research, due diligence and IC Memo preparation for Digital Realty Trust.
