• Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
• Balance safety, cost management and business growth then prepare and submit reports.
• Optimize warehouse functions.
• Handle communications and negotiations with suppliers.

Job responsibilities:

• Generate equipment-related forms, such as transfer forms and disposal forms.
• Generate Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (P.O).
• Process and follow up on quotations for machine repairs received from vendors.
• Compile and dispatch reports regarding machine movements to the finance department.
• Support in obtaining quotations for FAÇADE CLEANING.
• Responsible for receiving and signing Delivery Orders (D.O).
• Issuing and receiving goods.
• Inventory control.

Job requirements:

• Secondary school education and above
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Work hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri).
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP B1.
• Location: Kallang Pudding.
