5. Monitoring and ensure each driver load all the goods to van before leaving for delivery

6. Ensure all failed delivery from driver return to the person in charge at the store

7. Communiate and sync with other store managers and person in charge on dedicated communication platform to ensure operation run smoothly

8. Maintain dispatcher job results by coaching, planning, monitoring and appraising job results

Delivery parcel Monday - Saturday

Sunday and Public Holiday are off

Everyday need to finish arranged work.
