Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall stocks and inventory.
• Key in and maintain the inventory in the Auto-count System.
• Coordinate with other departments (mainly sales and operations) for forecasts and delivery orders.
• Manage the storeman.
• Shipping / Logistics (Import/Export).
• Compare & negotiate the rates with forwarders.
• Prepare documentations for Exports.
• Local and overseas purchases, price negotiation with suppliers.
• Local and overseas sourcing.

Requirements:

· Degree required.

· Min. 4-5 years of relevant experience.

· Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office, inventory software

· Knowledge of the Auto-count software would be an advantage

· Ability to multi tasks, capable of working independently and self-motivated

· Able to start working immediately

· Fluent English

• Track and control Inventory

• Follow-up on warranty Sparepart returned
• Checking on daily delivery orders
• Pick & Pack of daily orders
• Assist in Inventory Check Stock
• Assist in Goods Receive Checking
• Keep Track of Back Order
• Prepare Invoice

• Manage daily activities in the import and export of goods
• Coordinate with forwarders, internal & external customers and outsourced services
• Monitor proper documentation for order and shipment arrangement
• Responsible for tracking and tracing of shipments
• Ensure shipment receipts tally with purchase orders
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Min GCE 'N'/ 'O' Level or other relevant certification
• Min 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse/ logistics environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good proficient in MS Office

• Responsible to control the general operation of the warehouse (delivery, inventories, finished goods, and stock) to utilization and efficiency.
• The lead of control inventory count every quarter and report.
• Control the actual inventory reliability of the site follow the FIFO system.
• Control and management of delivery operation including packing, shipping, transportation Management, and control warehouse and logistic day-to-day operations, manpower plan, and budget in order to achieve business objectives of the company.
• Action to countermeasure problems warehouse system or process in transportation, delivery, packing or logistics system.
• Development of warehouse system, implement the procedure and working step to the standard.
• Control work and safety in the department area.
• Able to work with the third party.

Requirements:

· Diploma or NITEC degree in Logistics or any field

· At least 3 years experiences in Logistics or Warehouse Operations

· Good communication and leadership skill

· Good command of written and spoken English

· Computer literacy (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)

· Product Knowledge, Supply Chain Management

· Knowledge of ERP system
