Logistics act as liaison and facilitators for the Sales Department and the company's third-party logistics provider (out-sourcing), committed to provide end-process services to customers in collaboration with the OS and CS.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with other operational departments and customers
· You must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
· Must ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained.
· You are required to assist sales/customers with delivery arrangement and costing to improve transportation routes.
· Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and able to efficiently solve problems relating to sales and transportation of goods in both local and overseas locations.

3.4 Inventory / Stock Take/Non-Move Stock control

4.1 Vet Warehouse & Delivery Cost

Qualifications &/or Years of related Experiences
* Degree or diploma in logistics/ operations management or related fields
* Relevant experience in inventory planning, use of warehouse management
Other Necessary Skills
* Knowledge in MS Office – Excel is a must, warehouse transactional processes (eg VMI, Marine Insurance)
* Well versed with various Export norms and should have a full understanding of documentation & export procedures
* Sound operational knowledge and a hands-on-person
* Possess leadership qualities with strong problem resolution and negotiation skills
* Able to communicate effectively and relate with people of different levels
* Able to perform management presentation, reports, and good knowledge of all MS applications
* Organized and with good business acumen
* Remuneration commensurate with qualifications & experience
