Our Logistics Specialist has primary responsibility for controlling the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through to customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the quality of their work

2. Operate in conformance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System in a safe and environmentally responsible manner

3. Stop work in progress or make appropriate notifications, including corrective and preventive actions when requirements are not being met.

4. Comply with all Company and Rules and Regulations.

5. Comply with all Health Safety and Environment requirements and regulations.

6. Responsible for sales order management.

7. Prepare delivery, shipping & order processing documents and liaise with forwarders and clients on daily delivery activities.

8. Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers.

9. Liaise with customers pertaining to the order, delivery and payment

10. Perform warehouse administration duties.

11. Using IWMS system to control all the customer import, export & local goods

12. Ensure all the goods detail furnish to customer are correct & tally.

13. Arrange the transport & packing job for customer if request.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Minimum ‘N’ Level or its equivalent
2. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
3. PC literate.
4. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
