• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations / customer service.
• Good in Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners, Ring Scanners.

· Ensure efficient and smooth operation of Airfreight Department.

· Manage and develop the Airfreight Team

· Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.

· Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.

· Ensure timely sending of pre-alerts for all shipments.

· Update shipments uplift report.

· Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job.

· Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.

· Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.

· Manage Airlines/Trucking/ Co-loader network and ensure best buying rates for the company.

· Response to RFQ/Rates Request.

· Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.

· Develop Network Agents and attend to Networks agent enquiries.

· Ensure profitability for businesses secured by sales with regular review with management.

· Development of airfreight/oceanfreight/logistics businesses from existing customers/overseas partners assigned.

· Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
