Job Description

• Prepare and manage large volume of shipping documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders and Airway Bill) by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customers
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete and comply with industry regulations and Company standards
• Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to Warehouse
• Act as the main point of contact with regards to any shipping enquiries and
  work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of daily operations
• Investigate and resolve any issues or problems relating to discrepancies, shipment delays or damages
• Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the shipment goods management process
• Perform data analysis work and prepare operation management reports

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant logistics experience in handling import & export shipping documentation
• Must be well versed in processing standard shipping & business documents & their terminology
• Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
