• Liaising with freight forwarders, direct customers and overseas agency for outgoing and incoming shipments.

1.    To perform Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyse and generate reports of Asia Pacific data on Customer Backlog (CBL) 
• Work with Sales Logistics Customer Interface Team to ensure data quality and track the progress of CBL   
• Perform data validation, identify the root cause and resolves issues to improve the order fulfilment rate and overall impact on customer service level 
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and aggregate data from large databases efficiently. 
• Utilize Common Table Expressions (CTEs) to create temporary result sets and simplify query readability. 
• Leverage Window functions to perform advanced analytical operations, such as ranking, partitioning, and aggregations, within SQL queries.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance by using appropriate indexing strategies and query execution plans.
• Employ various JOIN operations (INNER JOIN, LEFT JOIN, FULL OUTER JOIN) to merge data from multiple database tables efficiently.
• Create subqueries and correlated subqueries when necessary to retrieve specific subsets of data.
• Implement conditional logic and CASE statements within SQL queries to handle complex data transformations.
• Continuously optimize SQL queries for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

2.    To build and enhance dashboards to support Process Automation

• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards with existing databases (SQL database, etc.) on different Order To Cash (O2C) topics.
• Maintain and improve current Power BI dashboards, including enhancing SQL scripts in databases and DAX measures in Power BI.
• Provide technical support to resolve data-related issues and troubleshoot problems in dashboards, and reports.
• Develop Python scripts to streamline and automate manual data transformation processes. 
• Identify repetitive data preparation tasks and create reusable Python scripts to perform data cleansing, formatting, and aggregation. 
• Continuously optimize and enhance Python scripts for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Negotiate, manage, coordinate, and support Logistics sourcing activities for all modes of Freight (Air, Ocean, Trucking & Parcel) including warehousing and brokerage preparing RFx, managing the process and analyzing competitive bids using eSourcing tool.
• Analyze spend data, internal requirements, and external supply markets to develop strategic sourcing strategies and plans aligned with the business goals.
• Prepare, redline and negotiate commercial contracts - services agreements, licenses, statements of work and amendments in conjunciton with legal team

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Update supplier's invoices into accounting system after matching with Delivery order/Service report/Vehicle Log Book, Purchase Requisition (if applicable).

· Prepare payment list for approval

· Reconciliation of supplier's statement

· Issuance of fulfilment invoice

· Handling COD collection and COD payout

· Investigation and document cash card transactions, and perform cash card top up

· Following up customer payments

· Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system using double-entry accounting

• Management of all direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing issues across the business units;

• Responsible for ensuring that corporate income tax and transfer pricing obligations across the Toll Group are satisfied and delivered on a timely basis.
• Providing tax advisory services and support to business units;

• Managing the tax issues on transactions including key finance and commercial initiatives, funding and repatriation, structuring and simplification;

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Tax technical experience (ideally 12+ years) in a professional services firm (Big 4), or in both a professional services firm and a global corporate organisation;
• Specialist knowledge in direct taxes, international tax and transfer pricing, including country-by-country reporting rules and the forthcoming BEPS 2 rules;
• Experience in managing tax audits and investigations in multiple jurisdictions acorss APAC or more
