Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer located in Singapore. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as inventory control, customer service, and order processing.

1. Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction
2. Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties.
