• Handle the full logistics process, including shipping documentation (mainly import; export when necessary).
• Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Oversee company vendors, including IT and maintenance/repair/operating contracts.
• Manage contracts, such as purchasing agreements, certificates, and renewal inspections.
• Respond to supplier, vendor, and internal inquiries.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
• Position Title: Logistics Executive (Airfreight & Seafreight Operations)
• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6.18 pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle local Customer's Airfreight and Seafreight enquiries.
• Handle overseas agents’ Airfreight and Seafreight enquiries.
• Handle and monitor 3rd party air and sea shipments.
• Get costs from airlines or overseas agents, analyze rates and provide airfreight and seafreight quotations to customers.
• Manage KPI reports, billing overviews for some VIP customers.
• Assist in RFQs from local customers and overseas agents.
• Perform telemarketing calls and join sales calls with managers or BD staff.
• Assist managers in business development in terms of preparing presentations, quotations, and proposals.
