The Role:
The Warehouse Team is responsible for ensuring a smooth logistics workflow in the 3rd party logistics distribution hub in Singapore. The Logistics Coordinator is expected to be detailed, and communicative to facilitate warehouse inventory and order management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive a ‘Customer First’ initiative: communicate excellent customer service standards through timely, appropriate support.
• Perform inbound and outbound data processing for warehouse orders and local deliveries, teaming under our warehouse team.
• Inventory management for on-site warehouse operations through on-time updates of accurate data from stock take and cycle counts.
• Coordinate closely and support escalation of issues and events within the Warehouse Team and with the Customer Service Team, partners, and vendors to enable smooth flow in daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent.
