About the role

As a regional account manager, you will ensure the delivery of expected outcomes along with providing high quality services to our FMCG customers. About the role

Allocation Management

• Allocation Management on different Trade Lanes according to the agreements negotiated by the MO procurement team with the shipping companies for all FAK/NVOCC/NAC BASKET/NAC contracts
• Development and maintenance of allocation cards

Liaising with carriers

• Management of the Space / Equipment release with carriers
• Follow up on allocation compliance specifically on contracts subject to DeadFreight

Coordination with the network

• Work closely with other TPC teams to ensure continuous improvements and increase productivity
• Ensure that agreed SOPs are in place and respected in order to increase TPC visibility on the overall process and that data quality is improving
• Improved visibility of schedule carriers
• Conduct needs assessments and performance monitoring for communications with EU network
• Maintain dynamic communication across the network through specific flashes to inform of opportunities or difficulties.
• Conduct conference calls with stakeholders as needed (regular ones and emergency ones when needed)

Essential

• Minimum diploma AND at least 2 years’ experience in carriers or Logistics company

As a Customer Logistics Planner for Asia Pacific-China (APCN), you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the supply chain operations for APCN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics planning, preferably with proven experience in logistics planning or a similar role in the Asia Pacific region including internships or background in logistics planning or supply chain management. Proficiency in SAP for supply chain activities and excellent communication skills in English are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with overseas suppliers to manage and track purchase orders.
• Oversee inventory activities within the APCN regional warehouse.
• Implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align demand planning with business plans and sales targets in the APCN region.

Key Tasks

• Efficient and smooth handling of [import/export] shipments - preparation of HBL/HAWB, Mbl/MAWB draft, manifest, billing, input costs, track & trace events, and pre-alert to overseas stations.
• Timely preparation of all related shipping supporting documentations with accuracy and efficiency [import/export] such as: Invoices, Packing list, B/L, AWB, C/O, L/C and other relevant shipping documents

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of freight forwarding experience
• Ocean Freight both Import and Export experience will be an advantage

What you will be doing

·       Carrier Management

HR Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support of Human Resources matters for Asia Pacific regional office. Support the Human Resources activities for the Regional Team and be a bridge between the Corporate team and the various countries.

General Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate Asia Pacific countries payroll provider switch from existing payroll provider to a new payroll provider.
• Ensure online trainings are attended timely across Asia Pacific.
• Work closely with Financial Controller and/or Tax Consultant to ensure regional expatriate employees’ income tax is reported correctly and timely.
• Review country’s submission of Health Insurance renewal (and any other insurance related matters) and ensure countries to submit timely to allow sufficient time of review of RVP APAC, FC APAC and Corporate C&B team.
• Ensure correctness of salesperson’s salary amount as basis of sales commission.
• Closely work with the Corporate team to run the Quarterly Incentive schemes across APAC
• Prepare job description and offer letter for regional employees.
• Coordinate with countries to ensure that correct headcount numbers are reported in monthly financial statement
