Responsibilities:

• To achieve sales target set by management
• Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry
• Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from construction market and potential client for growth
• Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and delivers value
• Evaluate and submit analysis on the potential of a new customer
• Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developer, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc)
• Serve as a role model who embraces company vision, mission and values, with emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen and disciplined execution
• Keeps a close update on the site progress and provide material forecast effectively
• Ensure there is constant communication to the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development
• Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments
• Monthly reporting to the manager as per set format
• Provide solution on case-to-case basis to customer
• Provide support/ training/ troubleshooting to customer

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ sales experience in the construction industry
• Must possess own car
• High computer literacy
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only

Ø Proactively manages all aspects of international accounts not limited to order placement, inventory managements and coordinating logistics with minimal errors.

Ø Work with shippers and transloaders to execute bookings, and ensure vendors/suppliers/service providers are paid timely.

ØExecutes required export documentation for multiple accounts in various stages of completion in a highly time sensitive environment

Ø Timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers, shippers, customers and internal parties, maintaining details, and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties

Ø Obtains export certificates from various government agencies in compliance with each shipment

Ø Assures compliance with customs, export, applicable foreign trade/importation laws, as well as applicable federal transport regulations

Ø Initiate timely invoicing and work closely with accounting department to ensure billing accuracy

Ø Identifies risks and opportunities, when developing logistics plan and freight estimates for super loads, complex international shipments to ensure cost-effective, safe, and efficient transportation of company’s products

Ø Processes freight claims and customer complaints

Ø Reviews, prepares, and invoices for payment

· To assist the Shipping Manager to ensure daily safe operations of ships with additional responsibilities as assigned.

· Update and monitoring records of all ship certificates and documents

· Maintain and monitor all crew’s manning license, training records and sign on/ off arrangements.

· Maintain MOM/ MPA accounts with regards to the renewal and applications of crew work permit.

· Manage the administrative processes for working inventory, defect reporting and rectification, BOU consumption reports and requisitions for supplies & ship spares.

· Daily communication with Master/CE on noon reports.

· Conduct regular ship inspections to ensure compliance to the local/international statutory requirements, safety procedures and environmental protection requirements.

· Monitor and coordinate SIRE inspections, Oil Major/ Class inspection for all ship equipment and MFM verification.

· Controlling the vessels operational and technical budget

· Address and resolve outstanding observations from audits.
